Shipping and Returns
ShippingDuring the busy months of July, August, and September order processing may take from 24 to 72 hours. Add shipping times to processing times to arrive at your approximate receipt date. Please allow 3-4 days for most orders to arrive at its US Mainland destination. Most FedEx packages arrive within 7 days of shipping.
FedEx Ground - The majority of our shipments use FedEx. They are very reliable and offer excellent tracking information. Delivery times are not guaranteed but packages are normally delivered within 1-7 business days after leaving our fulfillment warehouse. Please contact us if your package is not delivered within 10 days to allow us to trace your shipment. FedEx orders are insured.
FedEx 2nd Day - 2 day delivery with guaranteed delivery times within 2 days after processing and excellent tracking information is available.
Processing times must be added to the delivery times.
Ordering using 2nd day guarantees delivery after leaving our facility. However, it does not speed up order processing times.
Ordering using FedEx 2 day must be done via telephone
US Postal Service Media Mail - We may deliver your item using this method. This method is SLOW. Media mail can take up to 6 weeks to reach its destination. There is no tracking available with the exception of notification of electronic mailing. Tracking is not updated regularly and USPS detail tracking is very poor. Delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. Delivery times are not guaranteed. If your order does not arrive within 5 weeks please contact us. US Postal Service Priority Mail - We may ship your order using this option for packages from 3-5 pounds. With US Postal shipments the tracking number only reports when the shipment is given to the carrier. USPS tracking does not provide any real tracking information while in transit. Most orders are delivered within one week, however, there is no guarantee with USPS. If your order does not arrive within 14 days please contact us.
FREE SHIPPING COSTS AND WEIGHTS:
Our shipping fees are free with the exception of items which are overweight or oversize, are shipped to destinations other than the US Mainland, or are special order items. $1.00 is addded to each order to help defray packaging and handling costs.
POLICY FOR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
All items shipped to you are new and must arrive in like condition. Please contact us if damage has been incurred during FedEx transit. If an item or items are back ordered and other items on your order are available to ship, most orders are sent in two separate shipments. Some orders may not be split into two shipments. We may choose to hold an order pending delivery of a back ordered product. If you are in a hurry for the items in-stock, please contact us for additional shipping fees added onto the backorder item invoice. We pay the shipping costs on backorder items but we choose the carrier* for the backorder item(s). Back ordered items will ship when they become available and are in-stock in our fulfillment warehouse. We do not charge you for back ordered inventory until it ships.
* Orders containing back ordered items always ships using the best value ground delivery method. Your order may ship USPS Media Mail.
POLICY FOR RETURNS:
A+ School Supply accepts returns on all items in our catalog.
Items which are shipped to you FREE of any shipping fees can not be returned without a prior authorization. Please call and request from our associate a 'Return Merchandise Authorization'. Keep in mind that returned items are subject to shipping fees we incurred.
A credit will be issued less shipping fees.
DO NOT REFUSE TO ACCEPT A SHIPMENT or an ORDER. Please call for a return authorization. Refusing an order causes both the shipping fees to you and double shipping fees for the item to be returned.
We are NOT responsible for shipping fees on any returned item.
*Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Returned products, other than for damage or defect, must be in absolutely new and unused condition and returned within 10 business days of your receiving the order. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns after 10 days are assessed a 15% Restocking fee. All other policies apply to returns after the initial 10 business day return period.
Copyright laws forbid us from accepting returns on software, CDs, DVDs or videos.
Return Procedure Step 1. Packaging the Return:
Package returns in like manor as was shipped to you. Protect the contents and send via a traceable method.
We suggest you Insure the package if using USPS as refunds will not be given for damaged materials.
We are not responsible for returns which never arrive or arrive damaged.
Please include a copy of the original invoice or include the invoice number with the return for proper account credit.
